CMRA is producing the first in a series of webinars on the use of recycled asphalt shingles (RAS) in hot mix asphalt (HMA).  This first webinar will address how two states, Iowa and Wisconsin, recently adopted permissive DOT specifications and implemented their recycling programs.  We will hear from engineers from Iowa and Wisconsin DOT as well as from one HMA producers from each state using RAS in their mixes. The focus will be on how the state DOT's worked with industry during the R&D period as well as during program implementation.  The webinar will be held on June 15, 2010 starting at 11 a.m. central time.  Speakers for this webinar include but are not limited to:
