Delaware

Delaware has a Beneficial Use Determination Policy that allows the use of manufacturers' recycled asphalt shingle in mot-mix asphalt (HMA). Shingle recycling facilities are required to report the weight of shingles recycled, how much is processed and the sources the shingles come from. Contact the state BUD regulator for further information.
