CONTENT SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY:
There are no refunds of the content subscription service.

WEBINAR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations received in writing 10 days prior to the scheduled webinar will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.  Cancellations received inside of 10 days cannot be refunded. 

ASPHALT SHINGLE RECYCLING FORUM CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds (minus a $40 processing fee) will be issued if you cancel in writing one week prior to the event.  Cancellations received inside of one week cannot be refunded.
